When it comes to sourcing the right talent for your organisation, Resourcing Partners is your ideal partner of choice. We are committed to delivering the best fit candidates each and every time, thus enabling our clients to get exceptional value for their money.
At Resourcing Partners, we have carefully designed and implemented a 7-stage structured resourcing process with ‘you’ in mind to ensure that our clients and candidates benefit from a consistent approach every time they work with us.
1. Initial Consultation
Recruitment is about so much more than sifting CVs. The more we know about your organisation’s issues, goals and culture the easier it is for us to clarify your needs and find suitable candidates quickly and effectively. We therefore invest time taking a full brief at the outset of each assignment.
2. Search Strategy
Once we have a clear understanding of client’s culture, the position and necessary quantifications, we define our search strategy including target sectors and companies, which results in finding the best person for the job. Whatever your recruitment needs, Resourcing Partners has the solution. We provide contingency recruitment, contract staffing, project resourcing, executive search and full-blown managed services.
3. Candidate Generation
The next step is to conduct preliminary research for developing an initial candidate list. We have an extensive candidate database as well as access to a variety of other databases to search for appropriate candidates. We also advertise roles on your behalf and pro-actively approach candidates who match your required profiles.
4. Candidate Evaluation
Our specialist consultants will then review a long-list of potentially suitable candidates and then conduct telephone and personal interviews to evaluate them on the basis of their experience and their potential to fit in to your organisation. Our consultants then prepare a shortlist of suitable candidates along with a confidential candidate assessment report, which is then presented to the client for review.
5. Client Interviews
The interviewing schedule is coordinated for the client, ensuring that candidates are fully prepared and aware of where and when they are required for interview. Following the interview we would obtain and provide feedback both ways and ensure that the interest of the preferred candidates is not allowed to wane. At this stage psychometric tests can be arranged if required.
6. Due Diligence
Once the client has found the perfect candidate, we would act as an intermediary to ensure that no misunderstandings occur between client and candidate. Detailed references can be obtained and reported back to the client in written form. We also check all claimed qualifications, memberships and work-permits. At this stage, assistance with the negotiation of salary package will also be provided, if required.
7. Search Closure
Throughout the duration of the candidate’s notice period we maintain a regular, yet non-intrusive, level of contact. We provide guidance and advice to the candidates to help manage their transition period from one organisation to another. Even after the position is filled, we maintain a close relationship with our clients and candidates to ensure their objectives have been met and to provide ongoing support and advice.
