PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION
You can visit and browse through our website anytime without divulging any personally identifiable information to us. Users may however provide personally identifiable information through voluntary submissions of resumes via our candidate registration page or when they make general enquiries, apply for jobs, register for information or other services, make candidate or client referrals, or when they respond to communications from us (such as questionnaires or surveys). Any visitor who submits information to Resourcing Partners warrants that the information provided is complete, true and accurate in all respects.
Information such as email addresses, telephone numbers, career history and other personally identifiable information is collected and stored in a database and only Resourcing Partners personnel have access to our database. Resourcing Partners may also monitor IP addresses for security purposes, trend analysis, website administration, user movement tracking and broad demographic information gathering for aggregate use.
Resourcing Partners will not disclose any personal information that you provide (such as your name, address, email address, telephone number or career history), or details of your individual visits to this website, to any outside parties including any prospective employers with your prior consent. Resourcing Partners will disclose personal information if it is under a legal requirement to do so (e.g. under a court order, or if required under legislation), or if an authorised request is made from a law enforcement agency.
RESUMES, REFEREES AND REFERRALS
If you provide us with a resume, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is true and accurate in all respects and kept up to date. You can update your resume at any time, simply by logging on to our candidate portal. Your old resume will automatically be replaced. If you provide details of a referee or refer us a candidate or a client, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person is aware that you have forwarded his/her details and is happy for you to do so.
Your personal information may also be used anonymously and in the aggregate in order to put together industry, marketing and employment statistics. Used in this matter, your personal information becomes non-identifying. This aggregate information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users and how we can continually improve our online services to create a better overall experience for our users.
