  • A. You can register your CV with Resourcing Partners either by completing our online jobseeker registration form or responding to one of the specific jobs we have advertised on our website or on one of the job-boards we use or by sending us your CV to us through email as an attachment.
  • A. Whichever way you choose to register we will respond to you within 24 hours to let you know we have received your CV.
  • A. Please use the Job Search tool to identify jobs that are of interest to you. You can use the search fields to narrow down the list of available vacancies based on your preferences. Click on the title of a vacancy to view complete description of the role.
  • A. From the search results screen, click on the title of a vacancy you wish to apply for. This will give you the full details of the role as well as the option to apply at the bottom of the page. You can apply for the vacancy by simply entering the required fields and uploading your CV as a MS Word or RTF file.
  • A. Yes. Please apply to each position of interest that matches your experience and the requirements as specified by the position. Your application will be considered against each job for which you apply. Please follow the procedure given in Question 4, above.
  • A. No. If you are shortlisted for the position you have applied for, you will be contacted by one of our consultants or Interviewers. If you don't receive a response from us within 5 working days of sending us your CV, this will indicate that you were not shortlisted for the job you applied for.
  • A. If your qualifications and experience level are aligned with the requirements of the position, your CV and application will be reviewed and considered. If you are selected to proceed in the process, you will be contacted directly by our consultant.
  • A. No. We put forward to our clients the CVs of candidates who most closely match the Job Description given to us by them. Our Client makes the final decision as to which candidates they wish to interview. This can take several days, and in some cases longer. If you have not heard from us within 10 working days, you may assume that our Client has not shortlisted you for an interview. If you are shortlisted by a client for an interview we will contact you to make the arrangements.
  • A. It often takes time for our Client to give us feedback. This is beyond our control. However, please be assured that we will give you feedback as soon as we receive information from our Client. Please do not follow up directly with our Client, as this could jeopardise your application. All communication must be made through BAC.
  • A. If you are not shortlisted for the vacancy you applied for, your details may be retained on our database for future reference, at our discretion.
  • A. If you have the skills and experience required for any future jobs that we advertise, you can apply in the normal manner (see Question 1) OR alternatively by phoning 09 228 3928 and quoting your name, Registration Code, and the Reference of the job you are applying for. If you apply by phone it is not necessary to re-send your CV.
  • A. No. We do not charge any fees to candidates. Our Clients pay for services rendered by us.
  • A. No. We are Human Resource Consultants. We are appointed by our clients to identify and introduce candidates who most closely match their requirements and therefore we are proactive on their behalf.
  • A. Yes. We update the jobs advertisement section on a daily basis.
